英語から日本語が瞬時にわかる状態をつくる。「わかる」の基準は品詞・意味・発音が1秒以内でわかるということ。
〜最初の３日間〜
①範囲全てに目を通し、意味がわからない単語があれば、その単語の横にはチェック「／」をつけて、わからない単語がどれかわかるようにする。
「意味がわかる」の定義は以下の２点
・１秒で意味がわかる
・その単語の品詞もわかっている
「beauty≠美しい」「beauty＝美しさ」
怪しい単語があれば厳しくチェック「／」をつけることがポイント！
このチェック「／」をつける目的は何かというと、「自分がわからない単語がどれかを明確にすること」です。なので、この時点ではまだ暗記をするわけではなく、暗記しなければいけない単語がどれか、それはどれくらいの量あるのかをハッキリさせるものであり、ここに時間をかけてしまうと非常にもったいない（同じ時間をかけるなら暗記に時間をかけたい）ので、１時間以内を目処に全範囲のチェック「／」付けを終えましょう。
②チェック「／」をつけた単語のみ、３単語をセットにして、英語と日本語を覚えるため、五感に訴えることを意識して５回声に出して読む
「glad lonely afraid」の３単語にチェックがついたのであれば、「glad 楽しい lonely 孤独な afraid 恐れて」×５回、という感じです。
５回声に出せばその瞬間は覚える（はず）なので、次の３単語に進み、同じように５回声に出して瞬間的にで良いので覚える。まずは１度覚えるということが重要です。
③３ページ進んだら戻る！
ただ、そのまま読み進めてしまうと、最初に覚えたものも忘れてしまうので、３ページ進んだら最初のページに戻り、チェック「／」がついたものについてはテストをします。
このテストをするとわかりますが、最初に５回声に出したことでしっかり覚えらている単語もあれば、中にはもう忘れてしまっている単語もあります。
テストの結果覚えていれば「◯」をつけて完了として、再び間違えたものについてはチェックを増やして「×」にしましょう。
そして、「×」になった単語だけまた声に出して覚え、３ページ進んだら再び最初のページに戻り「×」のものだけテストをして、覚えていたら「◯」覚えていなければ再度チェックを増やします。
これを繰り返し、全て「◯」になったら次の３ページに進みます。
④寝る前にチェック「／」がついたものは再度復習
ザッとで良いので寝る前に再度復習をしておきましょう。
〜後半３日間〜
④総復習
チェックをつけた単語もつけていない単語も全て総復習して、一度覚えても、忘れてしまっているものは再度覚え直します。これは毎日やります。
単語帳の場所で覚えてしまっていることがよくあるので、ここでアプリ（きりはらの森）を使いランダムでテストをしてもわかるかどうかの確認も行いましょう。
アプリには品詞の記載がないので、最初からアプリのみで学習せずに、あくまでも確認用としてください。

リスニング：公式5 TEST1 19～31（13） シャドーイングorリピーティング
ゴール：
範囲の英文について、何も見ずに音を聞いて、日本語に訳すことなく正確に意味が捉えられている状態。
ゴールの状態にするために、以下の手順で取り組みましょう。
- 音を捉えるシャドーイング
音源を流し、少し後追いで真似して発話します。
全ての音を再現できることがゴールですが、最初から1倍速は難しい場合、0.5倍速などから始め、0.5倍速でできたら0.6倍速にし、0.6倍速でできたら0.7倍速にする、というように、徐々にスピードを上げて1倍速で言えるようにします。 - 意味を捉えるシャドーイング
音源を流し、少し後追いで自分のセリフのように感情を込めて発話します。
聞こえた音源の内容を把握し、その内容をもとに感情を込めて発音します。感情を込めて自分のセリフとして言えない場合、音源を聞いてはいるものの、その内容が一部理解できていない（入ってきていない）可能性があるので、その場合はなぜ理解できなかったのかを確認しましょう。
理解できない理由としては以下のようなものが考えられます。
・実は音が捉えられていない
・単語を聞いた時の反応速度が遅い
・文構造が掴めていない
最初から1倍速は難しい場合、0.5倍速などから始め、0.5倍速でできたら0.6倍速にし、0.6倍速でできたら0.7倍速にする、というように、徐々にスピードを上げて1倍速で言えるようにします。 - リピーティング
音源を聞き、音源を止め、真似するように音読をします。
完全に暗記して真似するのではなく、正確に意味を把握し、その意味をもとに自分で文を組み立てるつもりで取り組んでみてください。
出る1000問 第1章 必ず押さえておきたい100問
ゴール：
範囲の問題について、全て正解できるだけでなく、なぜその解答を選んだのか、根拠を「声に出して」人に教えられること。
ゴールの状態にするために、以下の手順で取り組みましょう。
- 試しに一度解いてみる
目的は「力試し」です。簡単に解ける問題もあれば、少し難しい、或いは全くわからないという問題もあるかと思います。まずは問題の傾向を感じるだけでOKです。 - 復習
復習する対象は以下の2つです。
①間違えた問題
②正解はしたけれ答えの根拠を説明できない問題
この両方を対象とすると、人によっては9割以上が復習対象となります。なので、ここまでは速く終えて、復習の時間を多く確保する必要があります。 - 解きなおし
復習まで終えたら、日を変えて再度解きなおしを行います。文法のポイントについても（単語ほどではないですが）時間が空くと忘れてしまい定着しないので、繰り返し解いても、毎回しっかりと回答根拠が言えることを確認しましょう。もし回答根拠が言えない場合、忘れているという可能性の他に、実は根拠を理解しきれていないということが多いです。その場合は再度なぜその答えになるのかを理解しなおすようにしてください。
